🗑️ Wastage / damage
Broken, spoiled, expired or unsold items thrown away. Stock goes down and the loss is counted in reports.
Internal Barcode Generator
Generate a unique shop-use Code 39 barcode for local products that do not already have a manufacturer barcode.
Print uses your Android/browser print dialog. Choose the thermal printer and a supported label size. Actual Bluetooth direct-print support depends on the printer and browser.
Scan Barcode with Mobile Camera
Use the camera to scan a supported barcode. Camera access usually requires HTTPS and permission.

🧑💼 Staff login
Each staff member opens the app with their own PIN. They can make bills, but cannot see your reports, HR, My Shop, Locker, backup or settings. Every bill shows who made it.

You are logged in as staff. Some pages are only for the owner.
🖨️ Thermal printer
Print bills straight to a Bluetooth thermal printer — no print dialog. Works in Chrome on Android with printers whose listing says “Android + iOS” (BLE).
No Bluetooth option? Use the free RawBT app from Play Store and choose “RawBT app” above. Normal A5 / A4 printing still works from the bill screen.
☁️ Data & Backup
The backup file is encrypted — it opens only with your password (or Recovery Key) of that day. Keep it in Google Drive / WhatsApp to yourself / pendrive.
Old .json backups from earlier versions can also be restored here. CSV files are NOT encrypted — share them carefully.
💾 Phone storage
Clear sales data removes products, bills, customers, suppliers and transactions. Erase everything also removes My Shop, HR, documents and the password. Download a backup first.
